The past week was certainly one of those weeks where my meal plan fell apart. Nothing seemed to go right this week. I was able to switch some things around so most of the meals still got eaten. I’m tired of putting the same meals on my plan though (some of them have been on there for weeks!). That has often been because they were leftovers, but I’m ready to make a change. I’m trying a new recipe this week that I’m really excited for. It’s for pasta shells that are stuffed with pumpkin. I love butternut squash ravioli, and I love pumpkin, so I think I’m really going to like this recipe.
