The recipe that I’m reviewing this week is the Party Veggie Pizza. I had been wanting to make this for a few weeks, but it was one of those recipes that just kept ending up on the wrong day because something was always happening to prevent me from making it. I finally got to make it a little over a week ago though. I have mixed feelings about this recipe. I did like it, but there are some changes I would make to it. Now the spread for the pizza is a combination of cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch powder. I love all of those things, but at sometimes the flavor was a bit much. Next time I think I wouldn’t use all of the spread. The side slices that didn’t have as much of the spread were pretty good, but the inner slices had a thick layer of it and the flavor was very strong. I also wouldn’t make it again before I buy a better pizza cutter! Mine is pretty bad and it was all that I could do to cut the pizza! It was quite a pain.
