Last week the meal that I reviewed was Crockpot Italian Chicken. Now I have actually eaten this many times before, but it was a meal that Jason always made. I had never made it myself. It was a breeze to cook though. Of course you know how much I love Crockpot meals. They make life so much easier. The flavor of this meal is so good. I actually modify the amounts of the ingredients it calls for. I only use half of the cream cheese and one can of soup. We originally made this change because it was less dairy for Jason, and I was more than happy to cut back on the calories. I still did this when I made it. Having eaten it both ways I can say it doesn’t take away the meal at all so I figured why add more when I don’t need it? This is still a good summer recipe, but it makes a great meal on a cold day.
