I must say that I had a bit of a difficult time placing my order with Personal Creations because there were so many wonderful choices that I couldn’t decide! I knew Valentines Day was quickly approaching, so I spent some time looking through the Valentines Day gifts. We don’t normally do gifts for Valentines Day though, so nothing seemed to really fit. Then I looked through the kid items. Nick’s kind of in that in between age though, so for the most part everything seemed either too old or too young for him.

I was talking to my mom about my difficulty when she said I should look for Easter presents for Nick. I loved that idea! Easter is in March this year, so I did need to start getting gifts for Nick. I didn’t really have any good ideas of what to get him anyways, so I thought this would be perfect. Deciding exactly what to get was so much fun. I decided that I first needed to get Nick a new basket. The only one he had was the one I bought for him right before he was born. Remember I’m the crazy one that went shopping for last minute items while in labor. Holidays are important and I wanted to make sure that Nick got to celebrate. Anyways, I decided to get Nick a blue bunny basket with his name on it.

Then I needed to get some presents. I had seen that Personal Creations makes personalized books, so I felt that would be perfect. I have a personalized Christmas book from when I was a kid and it’s still a lot of fun to go back and read. They don’t make any holiday ones though, so I decided on a Finding Nemo book. They had a lot of Disney ones that Nick would have loved, so it took me forever to decide which one to get.

I felt that Nick needed one more gift though, so I found this adorable stuffed teddy bear with big floppy bunny ears. When opened the ears say, “Some Bunny Loves Nick.” Then you can pull the ears around the bear and zip them together and then it looks like the bear is inside a giant Easter egg. It’s too cute!

The ordering process was pretty easy. You fill out the personalized information as you choose your purchases, and you have to verify that everything is correct. The personalized books take longer to make, so if you order one of those with other items be aware that you’ll have to pay to have it shipped separate, so you’ll pay two different shipping and handling fees. The book is adorable though, so I’m glad I went with it. I have a feeling Nick will be very excited when Easter comes around.
